Sasha

Sasha is a very lucky girl! She came to BCR April 16th, 2013, and went in for a routine vet visit. Unfortunately, she tested positive for Feline Leukemia Virus, which can cause various blood disorders, cancer, and a state of immune deficiency that hinders the cat's ability to protect itself against common infections. While many FeLV positive cats live long and healthy lives, they are contagious, and cannot be kept with healthy FeLV negative cats. Her sweet and loving personality won over her vet, and Sasha went from being an outdoor cat to an inside only lovebug with lots of spoiling ahead of her.
