Hazel
Hazel is a wonderful pup who got the short end of the luck stick.
Her family lost their home, and couldn't rent with a vicious, murderous pitbull. Or with Hazel.
She is the sweetest, most fantastic family dog one could wish for! She gets along brilliantly with other dogs, (especially small white ones named Duster) cats, and every human being she's met. She's a snuggle machine, without a mean bone in her body.
She's picking up her basic training really well too! She's still very excitable on a leash, but is learning her manners. She can sit, and lay down, and (sometimes) leave it. Her original person was seven years old, and Hazel slept on her bed every night. She's incredibly tolerant of kids, and just wants to love them! Because one of the dogs she originally lived with had resource guarding issues, she's eating all of her meals out of treat dispensing toys. This gets her brain working, and doesn't give her a bowl to guard. While she would never ever ever bite that hand that feeds her, she does pay attention to where the other dogs are while she eats. Luckily, being in a loving foster home has taken so much of the daily stress out of Hazel's life! Soon being bullied will be but a hazy memory.
If you want someone who will play with you as much as you want, and cuddle with you all the rest of the time, consider Hazel!
She's a truly wonderful pup.
