Achilles
Achilles came to us in pretty dire straits. He was either thrown from a car, or hit by one soon after being dumped out in the country. He should have been at least 8 pounds, but he was only 4 and half and looked like an anatomy lesson...every bone visible.
A week and a half later, he hit 6.81 pounds! Knowing that he is safe and cared for has made all the difference for him...that and his super healthy diet and various medications. That made him strong enough to go through with the surgery to remove his mangled back leg. From an emaciated thrown away cat, to the most luxuriously gorgeous boy, Achilles never stopped fighting!
Now, he makes sweet love to his fluffy pillow (we don't judge) and has multiple foster brothers and sisters to play with. He ~Adores~ his foster mom, and gives her love bites to remind her of that.
Total foster fail!
