Growing up not knowing where your next meal is coming from, and dodging traffic to find it can take a toll on a kitten!
Marcie is a simple cat with simple expectations in life: a safe place to sleep, a reliable meal plan, and someone to love on her regularly. She comes from a tough upbringing on the mean streets of Collegetown, where she had to dodge cars, fight for food, and run from anything that moved (because it could be very dangerous!) and she still holds that kernel of wariness. She's come a long way into learning that pets and head scritches are just delightful, cuddles and hugs are really nice, and not everything that moves is dangerous! She would do best in a quiet home without dogs or children, and would likely get along well with an older cat who may be looking for a friend. She plays well with other kitties and loves all manner of various cat toys including scratching posts, catnip mice, feather wands, and laser pointers. For being a young kitty, she has a low-key play drive and would make the perfect snuggle partner for that special someone for many years to come!
