Meet Oscar!
This sweet little bean was dumped off the side of Rt 13 by the waterfront trail, and was crying at folks walking/biking by for help. But he was then too nervous about being dumped to let them get him. BCR's Captain headed out with a trap, and two whole minutes later, Oscar was officially a member of the crew!
He's a sweet and vocal little guy who loves kids, cats, and dogs.
