Kawan
Kawan is a very lucky kitten!
He came from a barn that BCR already pulled 13 kittens (and TNR'd 10 adults) from. The woman who's barn it was took him and his siblings inside, and then got tired of caring for them. Put back outdoors, two of his siblings died. Kawan was in very rough shape, with diarrhea, and a very swollen penis from his remaining sibling searching for nutrition. (When young kittens don't have a mama to nurse on, they'll look for anything that resembles a nipple!) Luckily, Kawan joined our crew! He has an amazing foster mom who soaked his nethers until everything returned to normal, and made him delicious bone broth and pumpkin moosh to help his tummy along.
He ~loves~ the dogs he's fostered with, and is an absolute snuggle monster! He'll lay on his foster mom and just purr and purr.
